ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Eldorado Eagles girls soccer team met their new soccer coach Thursday.

Andrew Wiese comes with a lot of credentials. He is accomplished enough to have his USFB license in soccer. Wiese played his college soccer at Dartmouth under then head coach Bobby Clark.

The Albuquerque Academy grad will be coaching on the high school level for the first time and inherits a team that lost eight seniors.

“Short term goals are just to put together a really great experience for the kids,” said Wiese. “We are losing a lot of very good players, so just take stock of themselves and see what we can build out of them.”
